Personal History

Dr. Nebelsick is originally from Canistota, SD. Since graduating from optometry school in 2011, she has spent much of her career practicing in southeastern South Dakota before joining Vision Care Associates in 2024. She currently resides in Aberdeen with her husband, a football coach at Northern State University. When they aren’t cheering for the Wolves, they enjoy golfing, fishing, and spending time with family.

Her favorite part of working for Vision Care is getting to provide eyecare alongside fellow doctors in a group practice setting. She enjoys getting to know her patients to provide individualized care for each person’s needs.
